Ask the publisher of your domain certificate and ask if you can turn it into
a SAN certificate. You can then link all your external (and internal names
if needed) to a single certificate. Replace your current certificate with
the SAN certificate and you should be fine (some ISA reconfiguration might
be required depending on your current settings).
