Thank You for responding. The DL was created in a previous version of
Outlook, but that version had Last Name, First Name sequence. I quess what
happened is I Updated the DL which then altered the sequence. I duplicated
that scenario in Outlook 2007 and it was created in Last Name, First Name
sequence, but when I clicked Update the sequence changed.

In response to your question, most offices work in Last Name, First Name
sequence for all filing and reporting. When builing or comparing DL's to a
printed reorts it is VERY helpful to have the lists in the same sequence.
