hello, i receive tif files through outlook on a regular basis. all of a
sudden, when i try to open up a tif file as an attachment in outlook, i get
an error message saying "CANT CREATE FILE" and Im not even trying to create
it, i am just trying to view it. If i go into folder options and file types,
I cannot find the TIF file extension in the list. If i add it then go back
into the properties, it is no longer there.

Any advice?
