IMAP or POP?

Outlook doesn't support such a view. Gmail uses one folder and labels to
group into virtual folders while outlook uses a folder structure. However,
if you use IMAP, you'll have a group of folders under [Gmail] and the sent
messages will be with the new messages under All Mail.

BTW, if you use IMAP, see their recommended settings - it's linked at the
bottom of the IMAP acct setup page.
