The inbox repair tools should already be installed on the system. Search
for scanpst.exe.
Other than that, the message is just telling you that the PST file that
stores your messages, calendar, contacts, .etc is wiggy. Repair it with
scanpst.exe. If you continue to see this, I would consider creating a new
PST file and then moving the items over from the old one.
