Subject: automatically attaching a v-card in OL 2007?

Can OL 2007 be configured to automatically attach a vcard to all "NEW"
outbound emails? I saw an option to include a "business card" in my
signature, but nothing on my above referenced question.

Above I use the work "NEW" as I don't want the vcard attached to replies etc.
