| It looks to be a by-design problem.
The free/busy update information is not being until the default 15 minute
intererval has been reached. After the delay the time can be re-booked. I
didn't do much testing to see if setting the free/busy update schedule to a
lower number speed it up or not.

We are having trouble getting cached exchange mode working within Outlook.
Environment is Exch 2003 sp2, Outlook 2003 sp2/sp3, Winxp sp2.
If I install Office 2003 on the workstation before joining it to the domain,

| No. I'd suspect Outlook to want to keep its Junk Folder just as it would
Sent items and Inbox. I wouldn't say it's a "bug" but more of a "conflict".
I'd agree that if many servers use a Junk Email folder now that it should be
taken into consideration.

Thanks for all the help. Believe or not, I think I found the problem to be
in the server timeout settings for the Outlook account. It apparently
defaults to 1 minute. In initial testing, I was able to get some large
attachments to send by extending this limit to 6 minutes. Thanks again.

| No. Outlook is an email client and requires an email server. It doesn't
have to be an Exchange Server, but you need an email server to send
messages.

I've got a user that is seing HTML codes for apostrophes in the display name
of a shared calendar.
E.g. Under "Other Calendars" she sees "John O'Hagan" in stead of "John
O'Hagan" (Hopefully this doesn't get mangled by the newsgroup software).
Has anyone seen this before? It seems to be user specific.
This is in Outlook2003.

computer", "Run All from my computer", "Installed on first use", and "Not

| Just the same ones posted here daily. You have not asked an Outlook
question. If you do not know how to transfer data between OE installations,
ask in an OE group. Only then could you transfer data form OE to Outlook.
