print out. This only happens when she's printing email from her Inbox. If
she prints out an email from her sent folder, all the information prints out,

| I am having a problem with scanning. When scanning in multiple pages the
TWAIN driver brings itself to the focus but only if Outlook is at the front.
I have tested with other programs (Word, IE, etc) and the all seem to sit
quite happy in focus which leads me to think it is something to do with

| You can either delete the account before uninstalling the Outlook Connector
or remove it afterwards via Control Panel-> Mail
I wouldn't say that the application is flawed as it is you who manually
added the Hotmail account. You would be right if installing the Outlook
Connector immediately and automatically configured your Hotmail account but

| I can receive messages but not send them. Using test settings I keep being
asked to verify the e-mail address field. I have checked it innumerable
times. I have also tried setting the account up again, all to no avail. All
the other settings are ok, and when I try the test settings it can find both
incoming and outgoing mail servers, but cannot send the test message. Does

I have a problem with an installation of Outlook 2003 SP3. An error comes up
and it says do you want to send a report. Each time I send or don't send

He had me create a new user/login and told me never to go back!
I know that I can grab everything I need and copy it over but
stil...scorched earth is a little drastic.
He had me walk thru the steps to setup a new user/login, not change my mail
profile.

| Thanks for your reply. The specific solution (for others who have
experienced this problem) was to do a system restore in safe mode. I just
restored the day before the problem to get all the Outlook files back.
System restore would not work outside of Safe Mode. It kept saying it could
not restore. Toshiba helped me do that. Then I called MS Validation at
1-800-590-6423 to help... |

I imported mail and contacts to Outlook from my old laptop which had Office
