What a silly notion... Uninstalling and re-installing Outlook will NOT lose a single byte of your saved email. It sounds like you have a damaged Outlook profile. This can easily happen when using the .PST export/import functions because they are broken and have been for some time. You should NEVER do a .PST export or import. ARE you set up on a domain, and if so, is that intentional? Are you on a work computer, configured by I.T.? If you are not part of a business network (by which I mean a big business where a bunch of I.T. people set up everyone's computers), you probably should not be set up on a domain (and it has nothing to do with home or small business networking with simple routers). As long as your settings on each computer are configured to leave messages on the server, you should be fine. However, over time, messages will pile up on the server, and you may eventually reach a maximum size limit imposed by your E-mail provider. I would suggest that on ONE of the two (doesn't matter which), you set a period after which old messages are deleted from the server. Just...

Hopefully you have Word; otherwise I'm not sure how to fix this. There is a template on which E-mails are based, and it includes all the styles for all the types of E-mails (plain text, RTF, HTML).
