After finding and backing up the pst-file, I did a "Repair" instead of

| I didn't specify which system to run dfsutil on but did you run dfsutil on
the XP workstations?
You may also want to check the workstations for any \\oldserver UNC mappings
(network printers, network shares, my network places history), delete any
references to the old server.

I set up a new profile in terminal server 2003, get to the exchnage with
outlook and when I go back in it says it can not find exchange. Client pc's
have no issue.
Exchange is through VPN SonicWall to SonicWall
Exchange 2003
Windows TS 2003
Outlook 2003
Upon setup it resolves the Exchange Server Name ok.

and a computer at home. Both are set to save messages to the server. No
messages are being saved on the server so that I can access my email from my
Palm Pilot. Comcast help doesn't support Outlook so what do we do?

| we are running outlook 2002. It works fine, but one user has an issue when
they try to save an attachment, and they do a save as, it takes forever for
the pulldown to appear... it is processing, it justt akes a real long time.
Any suggestions? it happens when trying to save an excel or word document.

| Thanks "DL" for the suggestion......but the memory "possibility" has already
been adressed & is not the cause of the "fault" in Ooutlook misbehaving.
I have tried just about everything except parting with $80 for MS to
diagnose a problem with THEIR software that I paid them for.

I have a bunch of RSS feeds in my Common Feeds List (that I see clearly in
IE7). However, I deleted them all in Office 2007, and now I can't get the
two to resynchronize with each other, even though I have specified the proper
settings within Tools-->Options.
Is there a way to FORCE re-synchronization of the RSS Feeds in Office with
the Common Feeds List?

| I transfered data from old computer to new and transferred my Outlook 2003
settings. Now my Outlook 2007 Mail has all the old Outlook 2003 functions and
display. How can I restore the settings back to Outlook 2007? I uninstalled
the software and reloaded, but since the old Outlook settings are in my
system, it did not overide them.

| Permanent delete is done either by holding the shift key while pressing the
Delete key, or by emptying the Deleted Items folder after doing a normal
delete. The "fix" you applied allows you to now see WHY you 're unable to
use Outlook, your Personal Folders file is at it's maximum size. In
addition to permanently removing data from the file to reduce it's size, the

| Yes, removing outlook 2000 first seems to work much better. Even if the 2007
setup says it will remove the old office version, it doesn't seem to remove
outlook correctly.

| Efax is responsible for that support. It is not enough just to have efax
installed. You must run their integration module to use it from Outlook.
