I just installed outlook 2003 on a new computer with Vista as the OS. I
configured outlook to access my verizon e-mail account. periodically i seem
to have issues with synchronization. when I select send/receive, nothing
happens.


Yesterday when I rebooted the computer it seemed to work. Today, I can not
seem to get it to work. when I enter the e-mail account wizard and test the
account settings, it all seems to be OK and I do not get any errors.


II tried to set up another account and use it as the default, but that did
not improve the problem

Any recommendations?
