Go to the Mail icon in Control Panel and create a new profile with anew PST.
It should guide you through the creation. It might not fix it but is worth
the try to see if the profile or PST is maybe corrupt.
You'll start with a new PST but all your data will be in the old one and can
easily be copied over.
