swap zones works with the dual time zone feature - you can see two zones in
the day or week view - the default zone is the one the computer is on. Swap
changes the computer zone to the other zone. If you have an appt for 9 AM
EST (6 AM PT) it's still going to be in the 9AM ET/6 PT row, but you'll be
on PT.

change zones is for use when you permanently change zones - you can change
all of the appointments to the new zone while keeping the time. ie, appt at
9 am ET is moved to 9 am PT.
