I have a user trying to add an address to an Approved Sender List. However, she gets the Microsoft Outlook error that the custom form could not be opened. It says close some forms or increase the maximum space for forms using the Options command. I increased the maximum space but she still gets the same response. There are no other forms open. I was able to access the approved sender list in my Outlook without making any changes. Please suggest a resolution. Thanks, Marilyn
