It's highly doubtful we'll see changing in the current versions but Outlook
14 might do something about travel time.... the live maps addin will add
travel time appointments if you need it now. Or just add the travel time to
the appointment time and note the meeting's start time at the other location
in the notes or subject area:
Meeting @ 10 am
Location: across town
Start: 9:30 AM
End 1:30PM
