| Hello,
I have Outlook 2007. (and all the latest updates)
When I print 1 email, the email is printed fine...
Also when I select 2, 3 or 4 emails at the same time they're printed fine.
But when I select 5 emails and try to print them, the first one is printed
fine, but all the others are printed very small.
So small that they are unreadable.

| This has probably been discussed to death by now. I use Outlook 2007 to keep
track of reservations at my motel. Works great except for one problem. When
printing the weekly view the font is so small I need a magnifying glass to
see it. Increasing the font size in "page setup" doesn't do anything. I've

| The screen clipping feature in Office 2010 permits clipping an image of
the mail message - you can then capture the bcc list, past the image into
a file, e.g., OneNote notebook or Word doc, then print.
Not elegant, but it works.

We have a MS Small Business Server 2003 with all the network printers
installed and shared through the active directory. All the users can
search for that printer in the active directory. I set up the printer
preferences in sbs2003 so all the computers have the same preferences
(printing black-white and use the right papertray). All the computers

| I have a user that is running Office 2007 on a Win XP SP2 pc. She can
successfully print a multipage document from all Office 2007 Pro Plus
programs except Outlook. When she prints a multiple page email, it prints
page 1 only. I uninstalled then reinstalled her USB connected HP Deskjet
6980 printer with the latest drivers from HP and now it prints page 1 and

| I have exactly the same issue at the moment with a user. Outlook 2003 SP3,
not in cached mode. Tries to print a shared calendar and it hangs. Sometimes
it never comes up with the print dialog, sometimes it takes 30 minutes. If I
go to print preview it works with no problem or hang???
Any ideas would be appreciated.

| The issue is actually Internet Explorer, not Outlook.
I've found that this condition only happens in Outlook when opening HTML
formatted emails. I've never had it happen with plain text nor rich text
emails.
Oddly, even with HTML emails, I can forward or reply and pint that
in-process forward/reply window without issue.

| Hi,
I have little issue with one computer running xp pro sp3 + outlook 2003.
The problem is that when user start printing from outlook or IE8 the print
dialog doesn't appear.
Printing from any other program is working.
I've found one solution with registering regsver32 vbscript.dll and regsvr32
jscript.dll and that doesn't help.
Do you have any other idea?

| I'm using office 2007 and when I attempt to print the to-do list in
table style, there is a slight pause but nothing prints. The same
thing happens when I try to a print preview. I've tried it with
different printers selected and the same thing happens.
I can print the individual to-do's fine. and print preview works for
them as well.

| This doesn't sound like an Outlook problem? Does the message print OK if you
don't print the attachment? Can the attachment be saved and printed by itself
from Windows Explorer? Have you tried reinstalling the Omni Form software to
repair what appear to be a broken file type association?
