I have one client with Outlook 2002. When he prints e-mails, the text does
not automatically wrap. Consequently, a one page e-mail takes two pages to
print and is broken at the truncation point. I could swear I have set this
wrap setting on another machine but I can't remember where I did it.

| I'm not sure just how you want this print to look like but as far as weekly
prints are concerned you can print multiple weeks just by selecting them in
the Date Navigator in the Calendar Bar.

I'd expect it to work ok. Does the physicians calendar have duplicate
entries. You might just need a bit more practice with the software.

Management settings located under Control Panel/Personalisation/Display
Settings/Advanced.

| This is unacceptable.
You can not select pages to print or repint.
When I try to print the entire file -
it shows more pages in the print queue than there actually
are there and quits printing before it completes the job.

| Hello, all. I have a client with a problem:
When list items formatted as numbers are printed, the spacing moves. For
Example:
1. hello --->becomes---> 1.hel lo
2. good-bye--->becomes---> 2.goo d-bye
Any suggestions on how to fix this? The e-mails look fine on the screen;
it's only when printed to things go awry.

| A Big Thank You to Hal for the solution to the printing problem and Thank You
Peter for the tip on leaving the space. I too tried to enter this solution
without luck till I read what you wrote and tried that and I can now print. I

| I am also having this problem - is there any known fix for this - the emails
are coming off in seemingly random order.

| I have the same problem. So there's no way a delegate who's using Outlook
2007 can print their originator's calendar in a trifold layout with the tasks
in the middle pane? Currently, the delegate can make that selection, but it
will only display and print the notes in the middle pane.

Yes. Only printing from a rule does this. If the HTML email is right clicked
and printed it looks fine.

| Don't hold your breath waiting for fix from MS. The Outlook editor has
always worked like this. The only saving grace with older versions was that
HTML messages used IE for rendering and therefore, used IE's printing
options - giving us a work around.
Blueprint and outlookprinter.com are the best bets with Outlook 2007.

| I have a user that when he receives html formatted emails, the TO:, FROM:,
and SUBJECT: fields do not print. All other plain text and rich text
formatted emails print fine. When I click on Edit > Edit Message then Format

a couple of words and only allows a few meetings each day. Much worse than OL
2000.
I used print assistant & I can't get it to drop the end times so the meeting
times then takes the first line. I checked the drop end date checkbox & it

| Just the way you're doing it. Without opening the message and printing from
there or changing the default printer in Printers and Faxes, you can't
change printer selection. FWIW, this is one "Feature" that has been
corrected in Outlook 2007.
