| I think the CPA is beautiful and very useful. I print out the Tri-fold Day
and take it with me everyday.
One problem is that tasks are not printed with High Priority tasks first,
then Normal Priority. right now I can't tell what order the tasks are in and
it would be GREAT if they could be grouped in Priority Order.
Is there any way to change this - maybe editing the template?

whether the end time show depends on the space available. Try using smaller
fonts for the printout or use the option to print 1 month on 2 pages.

| I am having an issue with one system within our network.
We are able to print from Word, Excel and most other applications
When I quick print from Outlook it works fine, but if I click print, the
system locks up. I can do a print preview and I am ok, but if I click print
the it locks up.
AutoCad LT is also having an issue printing.

| Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't help.
I have seen several mentions of printing issues after installation of
Windows XP SP3, so I am wondering if that is a factor. Unfortunately I don't
see any definitive descriptions of a problem, or solutions.

| I'm not sure - I'm not a GPO expert. It may depend on the printer software
too. I'm not sure where the best place to ask would be - probably a server
or Admin group.

| We have had similar requests from our users.
When printing the monthly view all the dates vanish so it is not much good,
even with background images on. They dont display in the preview either.
Lots of other web applications provide a 'printable view' - why can there
not be one for the monthly calendar view (like there is for an email) ?

| One of my clients had the same problem with Office 2007 - it would take 20 to
30 seconds for the print dialog box to appear (unless he was using "Quick
Print"). I removed a couple of non-functioning network printers and that made

| Does anyone know of a modification of this macro that will work with Outlook
2007?
I tried the macro language as-is but when running it, it stops at "Set Up
Word" the line Dim objWord As Word.Application. the error says Compile
error: User-defined type not defined. Anyone know how the macro language
should be modified?

| I have exactly the same problem. XP Pro, SP-2, Outlook (0ffice) 2003, IE-6.
Print preview is BLANK for my wife's user id, but when I log in, everything
works. She can not print preview anything HTML in outllook nor will pages
from IE-6 print or even show up on the print preview. When I log in,

printed too. Sometimes that's a huge list of more pages than the email
itself.
How can I avoid that?

| Did anyone find out what this was? I love this plugin - execpt for recurring
appointment glitch. I have the latest update discussed - doesn't fix it. I
did send e-mail to MS - got a really stupid reply (didn't understand that
this was the Calendar Printing Assistant plugin from MS, not plain old
Calendar).

Will this be solved in the next release of Service Pack for MS Office
2007 or it is a distingushed feature?
PS: I have referred to the groups and found workarounds and advices to
install 3rd party applications,will Microsoft address this since it consumes
time and wastes lot of paper.

Use Adobe RGB(1998)

I'm trying to print the year 2007 on a4 paper, two months on one sheet
of paper (printing from beginning of year 01-01-07 to end of year
12-31-07). (Sorry, I'm using the german version so I'm not able to do
a correct translation of all menu options.)
Problem: Outlook 2007 prints only 5 weeks per month. This means that

I, like the others, have the same issue.
Interestingly, I came across this before in Office 2000; SP3 fixed it, but
added in a host of other problems! Ended up reinstalling office, to SP2,
then resorting to copy/paste into Word to print.
Quite shocked to see it reappear.
