Is it possible to add a conext menu item item to either

the 'Additional Actions' menu item
or
beneath the 'Add to Outlook Contacts' menu item

that appears when you right click on the sender or the recipient in the
outlook preview pane or the mail itself?

None of the Application context menu event handlers seem to trap this
context menu opening/closing.
