Please clarify what you're trying to do. A template is only a UI layout; it contains no data. It's hard to imagine a scenario where you'd want to send a template to someone more than once.

In the meantime, you might want to look at the code sample at http://www.vboffice.net/sample.html?mnu=2&pub=6&smp=10&cmd=showitem&lang=en, which shows how to use a recurring task to schedule a repeated code operation.
