I am still in the process of learning how to design custom forms for Outlook
2007 but have had some success with my first attempts. I have added a user
defined field called Seq to the bottom of the task form and assign task form
and whenever I open my personal outlook they show up fine. When I fill in
those fields, they are applied correctly to the corresponding item in my
personal task list. However, when I try and assign a task to another user and
fill in those fields, the other user doesn't get the field filled in. The
other user has the same form configuration as I do and the same user defined
fields containing the exact same information. We have Exchange 2007 within
our organization and I wasn't sure if it would be easier to publish something
through that.

My ultimate goal is to have two little boxes at the bottom of the task form
and when user A fills them in and sends them to user B, the two fields are
also filled in on user B's task after he accepts it. I would also like to
publish this form to all users. Any help is greatly appreciated.
