Hello, I have created a User Defined field called "Account Number" (text) where I am storing the account number associated with a particular email message. How do I go about extracting the values from this customized field? I have looked at the online documentation for Microsoft Outlook Visual Basic Reference, and tried a couple lines of code based on threads in this group, but can't get it to go.
