Hi. I just found this tool, Data Fields Manager that allows you to manage data in the standard and user defined fields for contacts. Stuff like copy, erase, move, capitalize, etc.. It also has an export feature that allows you to export all the fields (standard and user defined). The tool can be downloaded from http://www.datafieldsmanager.com
