Recently, our company has switched to the OnlyMyEmail spam filtering service, and about that time, received emails stopped being displayed in HTML and are now displayed only in plain text. The "Read all standard mail in plain text" option IS unchecked, so that can't be the problem. Also, emails sent locally (from one of our email accounts to another) are unaffected. Finally, the support page for Outlook 2003 lists this as a possible cause: "On the way to the recipient, the message might have been routed through an e-mail server that doesn't support formatted messages." All of the above leads me to believe that the problem is on OnlyMyEmail's end, but we've sent them an email and they've denied that they're the cause of it. Has anyone else had a problem like this, or is there something else that may be causing this problem?
