Hi How do I get all my inbound emails in Outlook2003 (running on WinXP Pro +all latest patches) to use my preferred font (i.e. Arial) ? Background I am semi-dyslexic and I find reading a sans serif font (e.g. Arial) VERY much easier to read on a computer screen than Serif fonts (e.g. Times Roman, Courier, Courier New etc). The problem I have is that when email come in they seem to default to Courier New (which I particularly hate). Without editing each email as it comes in, how can I make the emails display in MY preferred font (i.e. Arial) ? So far I have tried everything. There is a promising looking button in Outlook: Tools ==> Options ==> Mail Format ==> Stationery and Fonts ==> Fonts ==> "Always use my fonts". The only problem is that it doesnt seem to do anything! I also tried creating my own stationery and tried selecting "UY Tools ==> Options ==> Mail Format ==> Stationery and Fonts ==> Fonts ==> "Use the font specified in stationery (if specified)", but this doesnt seem to work either. Many thanks Ship Shiperton Henethe
