Hi Daisho,
As it is not mention here that which outlook version? & what is the
exact error message you are getting in accessing your PST file. It is
good you have already run Scanpst.exe but you have mentioned that no
results were found. I would like to recommend you Inbox Repair Tool
(scanpst.exe) is very good tool please try to run it once again. Just
remember this time when you are running Scanpst.exe your Outlook extra
files are windows must be closed. If you have any problem regarding this
