This is a very common problem which Microsoft claims they cannot reproduce and therefore cannot solve. Anecdotal reports claim the following may help: 1. Look for and correct a corrupt address in the Contacts displayed in the Outlook Address Book (especially if the crash at the same place when scrolling). 2. Remove then re-add the Outlook Address Book Service or, better yet, create a...

Hi, I have an exchange server 2007, SP1, and am using Outlook 2007 to connect to exchange. I can get my emails and everything works fine. But sometimes, if I close out exchange, but go back to it, I'll have to enter my username and password. If I do that again sometime later, I won't get asked for username/password. It does this every so often, but I know it's not supposed...

Our environment currently contains a hybrid of 2003 and 2007 exchange and clients.
